This is a Wedgwood, England dark blue jasper or jasperware dip biscuit jar, biscuit barrel, cracker jar or cookie jar that dates to the late Victorian to Edwardian era, 1895-1910.

The biscuit barrel is of dark blue or royal blue jasperware dip with a classical design called Sacrifice Figures of applied white jasperware and silver plated fittings.

The lid is marked EPNS J D and CO, Ltd. for Johnson, Durban & Company, Birmingham, England, and the code J1326.

The biscuit jar measures 5 inches in diameter by 8.25 inches high with handle 6 inches high without the handle.

The marks are WEDGWOOD and ENGLAND with the letter J.  

The jasperware dip biscuit barrel in in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or restorations and the interior is outstanding!
