Tea Set 3 Piece 1950s Wheat Tea Pot Cream Sugar Craftsman Paragon Japan
This is a mid century, retro part vintage tea set or coffee set made by Craftsman China, Japan in the Paragon pattern in the late 1950s.
The 3 piece porcelain set consisting of coffee pot which can also be used nowadays as a tall teapot, with a matching cream and lidded sugar. The pattern is platinum metallic wheat on white with pale grey bands and platinum trim.
The tall teapot or coffee pot measures 8 inches high by 10 inches long by 5.5 inches in diameter and holds 6-8 cups. The sugar bowl with lid is 5 inches in diameter and the creamer is 3.5 inches high.
The set is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks and only very minor platinum wear. A wonderful set that is so evocative of the mid century design period when it was made.
