Shelley Bailey's Dogwood Cup And Saucer With Plate Windsor Teacup Trio Teal Trim

Shelley China, England

SKU:
  • $ 11800

This is a Shelley, England bone china tea cup trio consisting of cup, saucer and tea plate made by between 1962-1966.

The design is called Bailey's Dogwood and is number 2459 and was named after Margery Bailey, the wife of Norman Shelley with wonderful teal blue green trim, which Shelley called Drake's Neck green.

The cup is 2.5+ inches high by 3.5 in diameter, the saucer is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the matching plate is 7 inches in diameter.

The teacup set is of bone china and made in the Windsor shape and a teal blue rim.

The cup, saucer and plate or teacup trio is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear. A lovely tea table addition, and I love the teal blue.
