This is a Johnson Brothers, England ironstone luncheon plate or large salad plate made in Happy England design of hand colored brown transferware.

The salad or luncheon plate is 8.75 inches in diameter and was made in England in the 1930-1940s.  

The design features an embossed swirl rim and a rural landscape design in brown transferware with hand colored accents.

The lunch plate is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
