Imari Victorian Transferware Tea Plate Radfords Gorgeous 1890s Polychrome Transferware
This is an absolutely gorgeous 7 inch in diameter cake plate or tea plate made by Samuel Radford, England in 1894 with polychrome brown, rust, blue and sepia floral transfer that was hand colored and hand gilded accents and gold trim and made 1894-1904.
The pattern is lovely. The plate is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There are a few mineral impurities or kiln dust consistent with the age of the plate.
A gorgeous setting for your scones, cakes, salad or almost anything.
