This is a vintage Royal Stafford, England Wistaria cup and saucer made between 1940 and 1955 with an art deco design of Wistaria blossoms, hand colored on blue transferware.

The design is of a Wistaria in a garden by a brick wall growing into an arch, and the design has gold trim.

The hand painted on transfer cup is 3 inches high and the saucer is 5.5 in diameter.

The cup and saucer are in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks. 

A wonderful vintage design for your tea table. The Wistaria theme is seldom seen on teacups.
