This is a Susie Cooper, Crown Works Staffordshire England 8.75 inch luncheon plate made 1932-1964.

The pattern is called Endon, number 1417, in porcelain, and this is the smooth version.

The plate is 8.75 inches in diameter. The floral design is like Tulips and pure Susie Cooper who was a master at mid century modern designs.

The plate is in very good ++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks but does have some pattern wear and utensil marks.
