This character jug or toby jug by Burlington Ware of J. Shaw potteries, Staffordshire, England is 6 inches high and titled Old Lady with flashy earrings!

She is hand painted and I saw her at an antiques market in Gloucester (in the snow!) and had to bring her home. 

 She is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or restorations, normal mild crazing, and is there when you need a friend!
