This is a National Silver Company, USA colonial style sugar bowl, spooner or possibly an uningraved trophy made 1930-1940s of silver plate on copper.

The sugar bowl or trophy meausres 3.75 inches high by 4.75 across at handles by 3.5 in diameter at base with a rolled lip.

The two handled cup is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no plate loss, dents or holes.
