This is a Shelley China, England teapot in bone china in the pretty Chelsea flower pattern number 11280.  

The Tulip or Cambridge shape teapot was made 1925-1940 with gold trim and a locking tab lid.

The pretty teapot measures 5.5 inches high by 7 inches long by 4.5 inches in diameter wide. The tea pot features a pretty and stylized floral and foliage design.

The teapot is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or restorations, and very good clean interior and has only very minor gold wear.
