This is a lovely 14k gold 3 gem stone ring from the 1970s with a center red genuine oval Ruby flanked by 2 dark blue genuine oval Sapphires. 

The central oval hand set genuine Ruby measures 1 carat and each of the genuine oval Sapphires weigh approximately 1/2 carat each for a total ring carat weight of 2 carats. 

The ring is in excellent condition, was made in the USA in the 1970s, and is a size 4 1/2 which could be easily sized by a reputable jeweler. 

Ruby is the birthstone of July and signifies love and passion. Sapphire is the birthstone for September and means truth, sincerity and faithfulness.
