This is a retro or vintage ladies 14k yellow gold ring with a 4 prong set genuine Chinese apple green natural Jadeite oval cabochon weighing 3.16 carats.

The hand set stone measures 13 mm long by 10 mm wide. 
The ring is size 4 1/2 but could be sized by a reputable jeweler. 

The ring comes from a San Francisco estate and was made by an unknown USA maker 1950, designed, cast and reset into the present setting by my husband the Diamond setter in the 1970s.

We believe the stone is actually older, dating to the 1920-1940s. The ring is in excellent used vintage condition and a lovely color.
