This is a pretty USA artisan hand made reversible padded tea cozy or tea cosy with a pattern of rosebuds on cream fabric.  

The tea cozy or cosy measures 8 inches high by 8 inches wide, has a coordinating reversible side of a burgundy and pink leaf design and a green gros grain ribbon to tie the cozy over the teapot.

The tea cosy or cozy would fit a large 4 to 6 cup teapot and is in excellent used vintage condition with no flaws.
