This is a vintage postcard with a divided back with a cottage snow scene and the motto A Joyous Christmas.

The card maker is unknown but says Series No. 9158/6.

The card was postally used and the 1 cent stamp was canceled Dec 20, 1916 in Brooklyn, NY.

 The card measures approximately 3.5 inches by 5.5 inches and is in very good condition with slightly worn corners, a corner crease, 2 what looks like coffee spots and what looks to me like a chocolate thumb print caused when putting on the American Red Cross Christmas seal with Santa.

The card is in an archival sleeve.
