This is a white ironstone plate made by Woods and Sons, England in 1959 to be sold as a souvenir in Canada.  

The plate measures 10 inch in diameter and has the tartan and flag of the Canadian province of New Brunswick.

The plate has a gold maple leaf border and trim.

Aside from a bit of wear to the gold it is in very good ++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
