This is a late Victorian pitcher, creamer or milk jug made in Staffordshire, England in the 1890s.

The hand painted design is called either Aesthetic Movement or English Arts And Crafts featuring berries and leaves like bamboo. 

The pitcher or jug is 4.75 inches high by 2 inches in diameter.

The pitcher is in very good ++ condition with no chips or cracks, but does have extensive gold loss to the gold trim it once had.
