This is a pretty pink roses design off white white ceramic teapot in a shape called a Brown Betty, although here it is indeed not brown! 

The ceramic teapot is from the 1980s and measures 5.5 inches high by 9 inches long by 5.5 inches in diameter and would hold 4 cups of tea.

The teapot has a locking lid and looks to have never been used and is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips or cracks.

A great prettier version of the old traditional English brown betty teapot.
