This is a lovely large antique Grimwades, England ceramic bowl with a fancy shape and decoration.

The ornate serving bowl was made by not long before they began using the Royal Winton Grimwades name, from the Winton pottery in Stoke between 1886-1908. 

The fancy embossed and scalloped bowl has a design of roses with hand applied gold trim and gold sponging.

The bowl measures 1.75 inches high by 11.5 inches long by 9 inches wide and has a rare mark that is seldom seen and was used sparingly. 

The bowl is in very good +++ condition with no chips or cracks and only minor gold wear. A very pretty and decorative bowl.
