Open Salt West Germany Round Circles Leaves Salt Dip 1980s Faceted Glass

This is a clear open salt, salt dip or salt cellar made in West Germany by an unknown maker 1980-1990, before the wall came down.
The round salt dip measures .75 inch high by 2.25 inch in diameter and has an design of panels with circles and a double row of 8 lobed leaves on the bottom.
The open salt is in excellent condition and is a "book piece", identified on page 165 of 5000 Open Salts by Heacock and Johnson.
