Noritake Nippon Open Salt Floral Moriage Morimura Blue Band Pedestal 1911
This is a beautiful antique Noritake Nippon period Japanese pedestal salt dip, open salt dish or salt cellar made between 1911-1914 with hand applied gold moriage beading and an all handpainted blue floral and foliage border and gold trim.
The porcelain open salt is round with a pedestal and measure over 1.5 inches high and 2.15 inches in diameter.
The salt, salt dip or salt cellar is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks, with only some minor pattern wear, and no damage to the gold beading.
Beautiful, very collectible and so versatile! Great for rings, paper clips, sauces, teabags etc, as well as for salt on the table.
