Mug The Garden RHS Queens Purple Yellow Lavender Flowers English Bone China 1990s
This cottage garden bone china mug with a design of purple, yellow, pink and lavender cottage garden flowers on white was made in England in the 1990s.
The design is one of a series for the RHS, or Royal Horticultural Society Collection, called The Garden by artist Lilian Snelling of several designs which are all different and listed spearately.
The flowers include what seem to be purple rocket, hardbells, a yellow ball flower and a pink sort of sweet pea, the name of wich escapes me at the moment.
The pretty mug was made by Queen's, England who made Rosina at one time. The mugs were exclusively available at RHS gardens and exhibitions around the UK.
The bone china mug measures 3.5 inches high by 3.15 inches in diameter.
The pretty cottage garden patterned mug is in excellent used vintage condition.
A really decorative piece and a such a pretty pattern!
