This is a T&V or Tressemennes and Vogt, Limoges France cup and saucer with a hand painted floral design with heavy gold trim, from the Edwardian era 1890-1910, and is signed by the artist Rousset I think.

Whether this is pottery decorated or bought as a blank and cottage artisan decorated, I am nor certain. It is clearly hand painted and beautifully done.

The fine porcelain cup measures 2.25 inches high by 4 inches in diameter and the saucer is 5.75 inches in diameter.

The T&V Limoges mark was used from 1892-1912 but I have been unable to locate the decorator's name during that time at the pottery as the records are not complete.  The cup and saucer is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is wear to the gold center circle where the cup rests in the center and a few minor places on the rims. So elegant!
