Irish Belleek Teacup Trio Basket Weave With Shamrocks 1950s 4th Green Mark
This is a Belleek, Ireland shamrock patterned teacup trio, or cup and saucer with matching plate in the Shamrock basketweave pattern made 1946-1955 as shown by the 3rd green mark.
The shamrock teacup, saucer and plate are in a molded basket weave pattern with two tone green shamrocks, a wonderful split twig handle on the cup as well as a pale yellow luster finish in the cup interior.
The Belleek cup measures 2.5 inches high, the saucer is 5.5 inches in diameter and the plate is 6.65 inches in diameter.
The shamrock cup saucer and plate are in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The are some mild signs of wear, especially the brown rings on the saucer where the cups rest as shown in the photos.
Aye and Begarra, but they are a beautiful Irish or Celtic addition to any tea table.
