This is a figural finial souvenir tea caddy spoon or tea scoop of Haworth, England with a teapot shaped finial with an enamel shield for Haworth, home of the Brontes and a bowl that is engraved with the face of a clock set at 4 o'clock, tea time!

The chrome plated tea caddy spoon measures 3 inches high bowl 1.75 inches in diameter, was made in the 1940-1950s, and is in very good +++ used vintage condition.
