Gorgeous Sadler Teapot Victorian Shape Cornflowers Blue Platinum 1940s Large 4-6 Cups
This is a gorgeous Sadler, England teapot in an antique Victorian pedestal style with blue Cornflowers and platinum trim over an antique white base from the 1940s.
The pretty also has an embossed scroll or fleur-de-lis pattern around the top of the teapot as well as around the lid and the base of the teapot. Very elegant!
The pretty large teapot measures 7 inches high to the top of the finial by 11 inches long spout tip to handle edge by 6 inches in diameter, so is a large size holding 4-6 cups.
The teapot is marked on the base with the embossed Sadler England backstamp along with the teapot's item number and artists mark in handwritten platinum.
The elegant teapot has no chips, cracks, wear or repairs to pot or lid, and is in very good +++ used vintage condition. There is some extremely light, crazing on the outside that you'll have to look closely to see, which is very common and normal in Sadlers of this age and not considered damage. The overall teapot and interior is extremely clean, inside and out
Perfect to serve tea at the fanciest tea party!
