This is an antique German hand painted porcelain souvenir pitcher, creamer or milk jug that was made in the 1890s with a hand painted over transfer floral design, pink luster panels, gold trim and the words in gold gothic script A Present From Scarborough which is a seaside resort in northeastern England.

The travel souvenir pitcher pitcher or jug measures 5 inches high and has a neat panel molded shape and is marked Made In Germany.

The pitcher or souvenir jug is in very good ++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks, but does have a bit of gold trim wear. Exactly what the Victorian traveler brought home from a trip as a souvenir to remember.
