This is an Edwardian polychrome ironstone cup and saucer with hand painted on transfer birds and branches made by Mason's, England during the late Victorian to Edwardian era, 1890-1910 in an unamed pattern with fantasy birds.
The cup is 2.5 inches high and the saucer is 5.6 inches in diameter.
The cup and saucer are in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
A great hand painted example of early ironstone, and I love the fantasy birds!
