This is a pretty pair of antique Edwardian era English feathered claw end silver sugar tongs that were made in the 1910s marked SEPNS, or Electroplated Nickel Silver.
The neat claw end vintage sugar tongs measure 4.5 inches long and have a pretty engraved husk swags and circular lozenge pattern on the handles and no monogram.
The sugar tongs are in excellent used vintage condition with no flaws and are beautifully made and detailed.
