This is a dramatic Tuscan, England hand hand painted pink poppies on black background cup and saucer with gold trim from the 1940s.

The bone china cup measures 2.75 inches high and the saucer 5.5 inches in diameter.

The design is really a bold and striking one of the all hand painted pink and green poppies on the black over white bone china.

The vintage tea cup and saucer set is in very good ++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There is one tiny black paint miss on the back of the cup, another tiny on saucer and some minor gold wear.
