This is an unused Christmas Poinsettia woven tapestry panel from the 1980s featuring a Poinsettia design with extra metallic gold in the design elements and borders. 

The panel, which could be finished to make a placemat, part of a quilt runner or a wall hanging, measures 17.25 inches high by 13.25 inches wide has edges that have been finished with a serger I think.
