This is a Willetts Designs, USA ceramic retro Christmas goose in a snow storm tile trivet measuring 6 inches square in Christmas holiday colors designed by Willetts and distributed by Fraser and Company, USA in 1985.

The trivet has almost mint, with one tiny, minor glaze chip on an edge that isn't even seen in the photos. The cork backing is in excellent condition.
