This is a vintage black floral chintz sugar bowl or sugar basin set was made by Napco, Japan in the 1950s.

The creamer is 3 inches high by 4 inches handle edge to spout tip by 2.75 inches in diameter at the base. The sugar basin is 2.25 inches high by 3 inches in diameter at the base.

Both the sugar and creamer are in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear, and the creamer has the original foil sticker.

A really cute set.
