This is a flow blue flat soup or rimmed soup bowl or plate marked Doulton of Burslem, an early part of Royal Doulton in Burslem, Staffordshire England in the pattern Lynn in blue transferware.  

This lovely ironstone plate dates to 1891-1902, measures 11 inches in diameter   and features a wonderful floral border with remnants of gold trim.

The blue and white floral patterned bowl is in good vintage condition with no chips, but...There is a hairline crack.  A wonderful piece of victoriana and a very decorative plate for display in many situations.
