This is a Wedgwood, England blue jasper or jasperware pin dish, compotier or plate with applied white high relief profile of Josiah Wedgwood, founder of the pottery. 

The plate, dish or compotier is 4.5 inches in diameter and was given to new members of the Wedgwood Collector's Society in the 1970s. 

It is fully marked and is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
