This is a Wedgwood, England sage green jasper or jasperware toothpick holder or cylinder cup cigarette holder depending on which book you read, from the 1960s.

The jasperware cylinder has a lovely white jasper applied grapevine band and measures just over 2.25 inches high and is 2.25 inches in diameter.

The piece was made in the 1960s and is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or restorations.

Not only very decorative but useful and versatile as well!
