This is an American Brilliant Period or ABC lead crystal fern bowl or ferner in an unknown pattern of silver diamond point triangles with cross cut bases and fans with a toothed rim and 3 applied peg feet.

The ABC faceted lead crystal bowl measures 3 inches high by 3.2 inches in diameter and was made around 1900 in the USA during what was called Edwardian period in England.

The fern bowl is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips or cracks and is just beautiful.
