This is a Prince Charles and Princess Diana Royal wedding 1981 hostess bell or dinner bell, made by Masons, England in transferware on ironstone.

The pretty ironstone bell has a bone china ball clapper on a wire which explains it's sweet sound.

 The royal commemorative transferware bell measures 4.5 inches high by 2.75 in diameter at base and is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear.

Very pretty, a sweet sound and very collectible.
