This is a Shelley china, England tea cup and saucer in the Rose Spray pattern number 13545 in the fluted Ludlow shape with pink trim made between 1940 and 1966 when the pottery closed.

The bone china cup is 2.25 inches high and the saucer is 5.75 in diameter.

The teacup and saucer are lovely and in very good +++ used vintage condition! There are no chips, cracks or flaws.
