This is a Shelley China, England 10.75 inch in diameter bone china large plate or charger with the design of Liverpool Cathedral. 

The elegant large souvenir plate is a pale cream color and is hand colored on transfer. 

The souvenir plate is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks but has a few light utensil marks.

The bone china plate or charger was made 1940-1966 and is a wonderful artist design, probably Walter Slater.
