This is a Shelley China, England large lugged cake or sandwich serving plate or platter in the Queen Anne shape unamed pattern number 11515 dating to 1926-1940.

The art deco square paneled design serving platter, sandwich or cake plate was made 1920-1930s, and the design was registered in November of1926. 

The design is a black art deco litho on white white hand painted and enameled fruit and deco accents.

The serving plate or platter measures 1 inch high by 9.5 inches long by 8 inches wide.

The bone china plate is in very good +++ vintage used condition with no chips or cracks and looks to have never been used.
