This is a Royal Albert, England shell or fan shaped candy, bon bon, nut, mint or jam dish or small sauce dessert bowl made in the Petit Point pattern with gold trim from the 1940s.

The bone china candy bowl or jam dish measures measures 1.25 inches high by 5.25 inches in diameter with a pretty pattern like cross stitch or petit point needlepoint.  

The shell or fan dish is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or gold wear.  There is some wear on one of the bottom ridges, is all.

The dish or bowl has the pattern registry date of 1937-1938 and was made in England in the 1940s.
