This is a gorgeous vintage 3 footed luster tea cup and saucer made by Royal Halsey, Japan in the 1950s with a design of a lush pink roses on a yellow ground on white porcelain with a luster finish and a fancy gold overlay pattern with gold trim. 

The 3 footed cup measures 2.5 inches high and is 3.75 inches in diameter and the saucer is 5.75 inches in diameter.

The tea cup and saucer is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks and only minor wear on the saucer as shown in the photo.

The Japanese luster cup and saucer is truly gorgeous.
