This is a set of 5 antique table mats or placemats hand made in ecru or cream linen with satin stitch couching, cutwork, lace net embroidery or lace net darning as it is sometimes called, borders and a crocheted picot border.

Each gorgeous placemat or table mat measures 11 inches high by 18 inches wide and were made in the 1920-1930s.  

The table mats or placemats are in very good condition with no rips or holes.

There are a few minor spots or discolorations, but I have left them in original as found condition and have not attempted to clean them. They are beautifully made.
