This is a vintage 1930s English dark cobalt blue Brown Betty style pottery teapot with a high glaze finish and lots of hand painted gold and hand applied enamel dot decoration.

The teapot measures 6 inches high by 9 inches long by 6 in diameter and holds 8 medium cups of tea.

The tea pot is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or even crazing, and the interior is clean and unstained.

There are a 4 total missing enamel dots among all the decoration that don't detract...I am just being picky...and is pretty amazing for a teapot of this age to be in such great condition.
