This is a gold encrusted early Noritake, Japan cup and saucer with the Morimura mark for the 1920s.

The cup and saucer have a pale creamy yellow band pattern on white porcelain with a heavy gold floral and border design which reminds my of the later Revenna or Goldlure patterns.

The cup is 2.25 inches high, the saucer is 5.5 in diameter and the cup and saucer are in very good +++ condition with no chips or cracks.

There is a bit of gold wear on the inside ring of the saucer.
