This is a fancy antique reticulated souvenir plate titled A Present From Newcastle-On-Tyne.

The 7 inch in diameter porcelain plate was made in Germany 1880-1900 and has a lovely view of High Level And Swing Bridges Newcastle-On-Tyne with a lacey open work border. 

The plate is hand colored transferware and has hand applied sponged gold trim and is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear.
