This is a set of 2 vintage Wedgwood, England double egg cups made of floral embossed cream ware or Queen's Ware with gold trim on one in the old Patrician pattern.

The eggcups each measures 4.3 inches high by 3 inches in diameter at the widest and was made in the 1920-1940.

A lovely way to eat your morning boiled egg.

The eggcup can be used either way up with either an egg in the shell in the smaller end or turned the other way up with either a goose eggs or eggs out of the shell eaten from the larger eggcup or bowl.

Eggcups are currently also in vogue as succulent planters and small decorative vases. They have been featured as vases recently in Victoria and Country Living magazines.
