This is a darling Shelley, England miniature bone china teacup and saucer in the Charm in the blue colorway, pattern number 13864 in the Cantrbury shape used exclusively for their miniatures made in the 1956-1966 when the pottery closed. 

The bone china Charm miniature cup measures 1.65 inch high and the saucer is 3 in diameter.

Shelley miniatures are hard to find an so collectible!

The set is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are a couple of mineral specks, but that happens with miniatures.
