This is a set of 6 antique or vintage tin cookie cutters in various folk art designs from 1930-1950s in the shapes of a spade, diamonds, like the card suits, a reeded circle and 4 pointed stars.
The hand made flat back soldered tin cookie cutters also have soldered strap handles.
The cookie cutter with the spade shape measures 1 inch high or 2.25 inches high to the top of the handle and is 2.5 inches square at the outside with the spade cutter itself measuring 3 inches long by 2.25 inches wide; the diamond cookie cutter measures 1 inch high or 2.25 inches high to the top of the handle by 2.5 inches square, with the diamond cutter itself measuring 3.45 inches long by 2.5 inches wide.
The 4 pointed star cutter measures 1 inch high or 2 inches high to the top of the handle by 2.5 inches square at the top. The star cutter itself is 3.5 inches wide.
The hand made cookie cutters are in very good +++ used vintage condition with some nickel plate loss from use and a bit of great age patina with discoloration and wear.
Nor only super decorative heaped in a bowl, they are ready to still use or display as folk art.
