This is a 1981 Charles and Diana Royal Wedding special edition royal purple Austin Metro model car made by Corgi, Mettoy Co, England to commemorate the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer in 1981 in it's original box. 

Princess Diana drove and Austin Metro when her engagement to Prince Charles became public.

The model car is metal, a 1/36 scale model, is in it's original fitted box with silver initials and date on the side.

The car measures 2 inches high by 4 inches long by 2 inches wide and is in very good +++ used vintage condition. The box shows a bit of wear.

The doors and hatch back open. A great Royal Wedding souvenir.
